儲 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This gene encodes a small iron-sulfur protein that transfers electrons from NADPH through ferredoxin reductase to mitochondrial cytochrome P450, involved in steroid, vitamin D, and bile acid metabolism. Pseudogenes of this functional gene are found on chromosomes 20 and 21. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]
Function:
Participates in the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Transfers electrons from adrenodoxin reductase to the cholesterol side chain cleavage cytochrome P450.
Subcellular Location:
Mitochondrion matrix.
Tissue Specificity:
Highest levels in the adrenal gland (at protein level). Also detected in kidney and testis (at protein level).
Similarity:
Belongs to the adrenodoxin/putidaredoxin family.
Contains 1 2Fe-2S ferredoxin-type domain.
